PsService v1.0
This command-line service viewer and controller debuts
in the PsTools suite. It works locally and remotely, allows you
to connect to remote systems with a different user name and password,
and allows you to search your network for services.

HandleEx v3.1
This HandleEx release comes on the heels of version
3.0, but it's significant because HandleEx now runs on Windows 9x/Me,
replacing Sysinternals DLLView and OpenList utilities. HandleEx's
ability to show open files by process on Windows 9x is a Sysinternals
first. Another feature of this release is that it optionally highlights
in yellow any DLLs that failed to load at their default base address.
This aids developers in choosing base addresses that minimize conflicts,
speeding application load times and minimizing memory footprints.
